Dashboard: blocked sources

Due to quality defects or delivery problems, data or parts of deliveries such as photos may be blocked from being made available on the PMG customer portal. An overview of the affected sources and the active blocks for them can be found here:

Blocks can be activated by our Quality Management team for articles and individual article components. If articles are blocked, the article components are also unavailable to customers. However, if an article component is blocked, articles and other article components remain available to customers. 

 

To lift a block, we ask you to remedy the quality defects. If you need assistance with this, please contact our Quality Management team.
